One of my absolute favourite places to go in London is… Holland Park! Among all of the iconic places to go sightseeing, Holland Park can be quite a refreshing change, and in my opinion its just as worth while. In fact, the whole area is lovely! Take the central line to Holland Park station and exit among some beautifully quaint shops and grab a coffee. Then head across the road, past one of my favorite avenues, filled with Georgian terrace houses and a wonderful little mews.
Once inside Holland park it feels as thought you’ve left London, its so peaceful, filled with trees and intriguing pathways. Absolutely beaut! I always walk through the trees which is particularly lovely in autumn.
Joel and I also go to the Kyoto garden to have a walk, see the amazing fish and take our chances on the stepping stone bridge!
Oh, and if you’re into Pokemon go, this seems to be the place to go… its not my thing but there is ALWAYS people playing! We also like taking our niece and nephew to the playground which they love!
I’m not going to tell you anymore though, you’ll have to discover it for yourself!
What I’m Wearing –
This is one of my favorite looks for meandering around the park on a lazy Sunday afternoon, it can easily be layered up with a lightweight gilet or jumper under the coat on colder days. My hunter boots are a staple in my wardrobe as I wear them EVERYWHERE, to the shops, the park or just outside the house when the fireworks are on! They have been surprisingly useful whilst living in London and they are honestly the best purchase I have ever made.
